Thank you very much.
This gives [N] me a chance to say hello first of all.
How are you all doing?
You alright?
Great to be here.
We've been having terrific fun on this little one.
Just a little tour.
The thing about doing a little tour is
you know all of the shows are really valuable to us.
And this band are really valuable to me.
A world class band.
A world class musician.
Pianist.
Organist.
World famous guy.
You won't find a better keyboard player at all anywhere.
And he's now actually this evening he's going to star on his chest organ as well.
It's Matt Rollins.
Another world famous musician.
You've already heard a little bit of what he can do when he leaps into action like a coiled spring.
There's a world famous fiddle player and a wonderful mandolin merchant as well.
As a great guitar player.
Stuart Duncan.
The best bass player to come down the pike in a long time.
I've worked with all of these guys now for about ten years.
Including this guy from Madison, Wisconsin.
Plays all sorts of instruments again.
And brings his large instrument to Los Angeles this evening.
Glenn Wolfe.
From the Dire Straits days you may remember.
A savoring every beat.
Danny Cummins on the drum.
I have Emmy Lou Harris playing guitar in my band this evening.
Great guitar player too.
And she sings the odd song.
And a man that plays so many instruments they have to come in a special truck.
I can't begin to tell you how many.
But he obviously excels on guitar as well.
None for that.
But he's also brought his bouzouki this evening.
It's Richard Bennett.
Yet another multi-instrumentalist.
They're all multi-instrumentalists apart from me.
And he plays wonderful piano organ.
Same as Matt does.
Writes the odd movie score in his spare time.
Plays bass, drums, guitar.
He plays ukulele.
He plays lap steel.
He can fix your watch.
He can juggle.
He windsurfs.
You name it he does it.
In a beautiful shirt this evening is Guy Fletcher.
Gee.
Thank you, Gee.
Okay, Richard.
You and I shall
We'll do the intro and we'll form a duo for that.
If that's alright with you. You go.
You be Emerson.
I'll be Lake.
Ready?
Everybody else now.
Just join in if you feel like it.
But good luck.
