Hello, this is my three-stringed orange box guitar.
It's a Spanish orange box and it's
Just play acoustically
In a moment, and we've got three strings as I say [G] G D and G so pretty simple
So when you play without this hand you're playing a G chord or a G minor or G6 or G7 or G anything
[Ab] The idea is that we're going to play a tune on the top string
And then we're just going to use the bottom two [D] strings as drones a bit like a hurdy-gurdy
[G] The idea is it will sound good
Wherever notes you play more or less
[Dm]
[D] [G]
And you can play a medieval tune
[D]
[G] Rolling stones
Medieval tunes sound good in this way as I say because it's using a sort of a very good method
So let's this is a simple tune.
We're going to use when you hear it in festivals a lot in Germany where I live it goes
[Bb] [C] Pretty [Bb] [G]
[D] [Bb] [Dm]
[G] naff on its own you would agree, but the idea is that you just give it a bit more drone sound
[D]
[G] Well [Bm] it works with all medieval tunes.
There's lots of them
Give it a go see what you think you can get a better rhythm than me
I'm sure but just it's just see I've never seen anybody do it with with the free [D] string [G] using this drone method
well
Give me a [D] comment if you think it's [G] crap or if you think it's okay, or you like the idea
I'm always interested I can take the criticism
Okay, so next time
