I mean how can you not be fine with this?
[D] When I started recording I didn't have the luxury of being able to replicate it with a band.
I didn't know enough musicians at the time I guess and I didn't like, you know,
I just didn't have anyone to depend on at the time other than myself.
So I ended up developing this kind of style of guitar [E] playing and singing that I feel like has [C] become,
you know, has become just this thing that I do.
And it [E] feels, it just feels very right when I do it and I feel confident about it and I feel like it represents me.
I kind of went from this giant stadium tour with my [D] band to just going back to the essence I guess of what it is
and it's just [E] the words and the melodies and the guitar parts.
Even with [G] a band it's whether I feel like confident and it's [Bb] how I am being on stage.
If I [Dm] feel very shy and I feel like I need my army behind me, I feel like the audience can [G] sense that
and then they'll be, they'll respond accordingly, you know, but then if I feel like in command
then they respond to that too and it's the same when I'm solo.
[E] Sometimes I feel very, or I always feel very vulnerable.
It's the mindset, it's absolutely about how you are feeling and thinking about it that changes the response of the audience.
I don't know how this happened.
I don't know [D] like who specifically specified, oh you've got to play the Stravinsky Hall, but I'm not complaining.
I'm very, very excited and intrigued to see if my show will work, [E] you know, in a room that size.
But I'm very excited.
I think either way, what [G] I'm excited about is
