[F] Jesus, Jesus, [Am] you [G] make the darkness [F] tremble.
Jesus.
[C] So this song has had a huge [Am] impact on Mosaic, on our [G] church, as well as churches [F] throughout the world.
And it's because it's always powerful to sing about the name [Am] of Jesus, especially when you
[G] sing about how [F] Jesus overcomes the darkness and how there is no [Am] darkness in Jesus.
In [G] Psalm 97, 4, it says, [Am] His lightning lights up the world, [Em] the earth sees and [F] trembles.
I love this verse because I [C] feel like it portrays the greatness and the splendor [G] of Jesus and
how great His light can [F] reach and span.
And that this [Am] song, Tremble, is one of [G] those songs that [F] shows the light of God.
It continues to be so [Am] relevant and powerful to us because [G] everybody [F] experiences darkness
in some form or another.
Everybody knows what it [Am] is to go through a [G] season in which [F] you're not sure where to go
or you can't see the way.
[Am] And then Jesus shows [G] up and that darkness [F] just dissipates.
That for me is what [C] changes the atmosphere of a [G] worship [F] service is when [G] you can bring
a song to the [Am] table that meets anyone where they're at in any season.
[F] And that's what Tremble has been for our [C] church and for [G] people in every church.
I think [F] it's a song that just meets you [G] where you're at, meets every church where [Am] it's at
in every season.
It has definitely met us where we're [F] at in every season.
And it still has power.
[C] That's two years later that [G] we've been singing this song and still [F] when people hear it, the
energy shifts, the atmosphere [Am] shifts, the level of faith [G] shifts.
And [F] it's done amazing things for our [C] worship culture.
