[E]
Hey everybody, I'm Robinson from Soundpeer [Eb] and I'm very pleased to announce that [E] we are
now a national dealer.
I've been a [G] national player [A] for about [E] two years now.
Basically what happened was somebody traded in a [Em] tricone [B] just like this [E] one.
I specced it out like my guitar [G] and [Am] it took [E] about 30 [D] seconds of playing a little [A] slide
on it and I marched [B] up to my boss's office [E] and I said, we need to figure [D] out a way for
me to take this [A] guitar home because [B] I haven't been a slide player for a while but [E]
having
never really had my hands on a [Em] national, it was [B] kind of a revelation.
[Em] So anyway, [E] later down the line, now [G] we're a dealer.
[E] One of the things we really love to do here at Soundpeer is compare and contrast the different
options [B] that our builders [E] offer.
In the case of national, [G] it's a little [Am] different because [E] all they build their guitars [D] mostly
out of metal.
[A] So [B] we're going to be doing some [E] comparisons [D]
amongst the [A] different models that they [B] offer.
So here we have a tricone, [C]
a cutaway, [B] an [E] NRP steel cutaway tricone.
[C] And then we have [G] one of their [E] Reza Rockets, single cone.
[C]
So [G] basically this [E] video is going to be [C] comparing [D] tricone versus single [E] cone.
The [C] tricone [E] to me has a little bit more of an enveloping sort of ambient [Ebm] quality.
[Em] It's a little smoother in [E] a lot of ways.
[G] [E] Whereas the single cone has a more honky forward mid-range attack.
And [B] it's very subjective.
I kind [E] of go back and forth myself on which one I [G] prefer, [E] you know, song by song, [D] progression by progression.
[A] [B] The real answer is to have [E] them all but not all of us [D] can do that.
So the aim of this [E] video is [B] to kind of help you make your decision, decide which [E] one would
be the best one for you.
I'm going to do a little pickin' and I'm going to do some [Ebm] [E] slidin', give you an idea of the
range of these instruments.
[G] They're [A] really cool.
I mean, [E] they're a part of American history as far as I'm concerned.
So [Em] whichever one you [Ebm] prefer is [E] really subjective.
I mean, they're both [G] exceptional.
[A] But you're [E] an individual player, you've [D] got an individual way of [A] playing.
[B] So I'm going to do my [E] best to [D] kind of bring the [A] differences into [B] the foreground, give
you an idea of which one [C] would be the right fit.
[D] But [E] of course, there's nothing like having it in the [C] comfort of your own home.
So we do have [D] a try before [E] you buy program.
And we also have financing [C] in place.
So no [D] matter what, if this [E] is the guitar that you think is going to help [C] express yourself,
[D] I'm here to make that happen.

[B] [E]
thanks a lot for watching.
Again, I'm Robinson from [B] Soundpierre.
[E] Today I have been representing national guitars.
I'm very [Gm] proud to [A] do that.
[E] You know, I've been a national player for a couple years now.
I've been [Em] focusing on the differences between a steel-bodied [E] tricone versus a steel-bodied [G] single cone.
[A] [E] You know, that's a little more [D] ambient, smooth kind [A] of sound.
That's a little more [B] forward, mid [E]-range kind of sound.
[D]
One or [A] the other might be better for your [B] playing style.
So give me a call.
We can talk [Em] further about this.
[E] If you want to talk about financing, we [B] definitely have that in place.
[C]
I'm always [E] receptive to [G] training [E] in or consigning.
You know, I like to kind of go back and forth with stuff like [Em] that.
[B] We also [E] have a try before you buy program.
So [G] hey, [E] if you wanted to, I could send them both to you.
You [D] could try them out in the comfort of your [A] home and [B] decide which one is best.
[E] So give us a [D] call.
We're all obsessed with [A] sound [B] here and we would really love to talk [C] about what kind
of sounds would help [D] express you best.
