[F] Welcome everybody, [C] we've got a brand new property.
I've [Am] been praying for the last, [C] gosh, two years since we moved back to [F] Israel.
We want to give us a [C] place where we can have worshippers come down, [G] write songs, [Am] gather together and create together.
[F] And I signed this [C] morning on this property right here.
It's a little late [Am] now, but I'm going to walk you down through [G] the house.
[F] Come on [C] in.
The house needs a lot of work.
[Am] Not work where it needs to be gutted, but work needs to be painted, [C] cleaned, sort of just [F] a facelift so to speak.
[G] So let's come on in here.
The first bedroom.
Here's a big living room over here.
Another bedroom [C] right here.
There's a full bath.
Here's the kitchen [G] for all the guests.
It's going to be really laid out like a guest house.
Here's another [Dm] bedroom.
[C]
[F] [C] [E] Another bedroom, another bathroom.
[C#] And then this is where we'll [Am] stop and this is where the studio will be.
There's two bedrooms back here.
[Em] Another bedroom back here with a [Am] small kitchen and a bath.
And whoever's taking care of the house is going to be [Em] staying right back here [G] just to maintain the property [Am] as people come and go.
As worshippers [Em] come and artists come to [G]
collaborate.
[Am] It's a place for people to gather from the nations.
Artists, [Em] worship leaders to collectively come together.
This is the season.
[F] This is the time.
This is why I feel like God [C] has this on my heart.
A place where artists can come together and [G] not just worship God.
[F] That's the first.
That's the [C] priority.
But also secondary is [G] to take songs from [F] here and send [C] it to the nations out of Zion.
[G] And that's what we want to dedicate this [F] place to.
It's so inviting.
It almost feels like a small kibbutz.
[C] So guests can come, [G] they'll stay.
The studio will be in the back where they can [C] even [F] record if they want.
[C] It's dark now.
But all the fun stuff will probably happen out here in the [G] yard.
[Am] All the collaboration will probably happen in the back [F] underneath the olive groves [Am] by a campfire.
[G] I want to have local believers from all over Israel come here and [Em] say,
Hey, this [B] is a place.
We're going to [Em] have bands.
We're going to have artists come here.
[C] We want to help train you guys.
Bring your [Am] guitars.
Bring your Persian tar.
Bring your oud.
[Em] We'll have people in here.
I really [G] think it's just God's favor on this [Am] property.
It's a big property.
But I know [Em] God's going to use it.
[G] So keep us in prayer.
If you want to follow what's [Am] happening with the property,
go to my website, Joshua [Em]-Aaron.com.
[G] And you can find out more.
So God [F] bless.
Here's the property.
Stay [C] tuned for updates and remodeling and as we paint and clean this place up.
God [Am] bless you all.
We'll see you [F] again.
