My name is Glenn Evans,
and I'm from the band Nuclear Assault.

the heavier music and then I started listening to Kiss.

[A] His drum solos are really cool.

So _ _ _ like a lot of Judas Priest came into my style and shit.
But like I said, when I got to Nuclear Assault,
it was just a combination of all this crap
that came together.
So what you're hearing on drums,
it's just a combination of everything I've learned
over the years.
I've been playing for 50 years since I was a kid.
When I hit, you know, it's not like, _ _ _ _ _ _

I make it count.
I hate drummers that like,
_ _ you know, that's fucking gay to me.
So, I mean, no, nothing against gay people.
As far as doing a snare shot, _ _ _ _ _

I want people to hear that [A] shit.

_ You know what I mean?
So you make every shot count.
Of course, there's the lighter stuff too.
But Nuclear Assault doesn't do too much lighter stuff.
But I don't use double pedals because they [N] just don't,
they're too soft for me.
I like it a lot.
I like to have, I have two hands.
I wanna use two feet.
_ Because one's always gonna be the lighter sound. _

_ So if you have two that are going the same impact,
and that's why I use woodblock beaters
because they punch the drums louder.
