Hello everybody!
Today you have front row ground floor seats.
And that is because, as usual, no, no, I don't usually do this,
once again I am filming on the day of posting this video.
So, um, my tripod top has gone missing, I, yeah,
I am severely underprepared as I was last week.
So, uh, or this week, I don't know, last week, eh.
Anyway, today I wasn't planning on posting this,
but today I'm gonna be playing Fira Hoori by Omnia.
Um, you guys, Omnia?
I went to say Amina.
Omnia, you guys have have, blah, blah, blah, blah.
You guys have requested this so, so, so many times.
You've requested loads of Omnia songs, and this one in particular.
Um, so I will be playing more Omnia songs in future.
Uh, if you have favourites, then hit me up down below.
Um, but today you will need a D whistle.
I'm using my Clark original in D.
Um, and that's because this one is really easy and sweet in the second octave.
And you will need to go into the second octave for this tune.
Now you can actually play all of this tune in the first or the lower octave if you want to.
It's an easier version.
You won't be playing the exact same notes as they are on the backing track.
But you will be playing the same note, just an octave down.
So, yeah, it's all cool.
So grab a whistling D, grab a whistle, a whistle in D.
Uh, follow along with the notes on screen.
I'm gonna play nice and slow so you guys can firstly get to grips with what we've got to play here.
And then I'm gonna play fast with the music.
Um, I'm not gonna use a metronome this week.
Uh, just because I want to take it nice and slow to show you guys the notes.
And then, yeah, we'll play with the music so it'll all be exactly as it should be.
So, yeah, grab your whistle, follow along, and best of luck.
I'm actually going to show you the three different sections that you need to learn to play this tune.
Um, it's basically a repeat of these three different sections.
So you can play as much or as little of the tune as you like once you know these three parts.
