_ [E] Hey guys, my name is Patrick Droney and today I'm going to talk about the new Fender [Db] Deluxe Stratocaster.
[B] One of the key [A] features in [Abm] this Deluxe Stratocaster are the three [A] vintage noiseless [E] pickups.
This is giving you [F] the best of the [G] vintage tone without the hump.
And this whole time, my volume is all the way up and you're not hearing [E] barely anything.
[Dm] It's very impressive [A] and when you're in the studio and [E] you're playing live, you can't
afford to be noisy.
You don't want to be that guy.
So don't be that guy and get this.
_ [B] Another awesome feature in this guitar is [Gb] this stuffed little button between the two
tone controls called the push-push [Bb] switch.
This [Ab] gives you a pickup [A] combination that you normally wouldn't have in a Strat.

When you're on the neck pickup, it combines the [Gb] bridge to give [G] you that middle position
tele [E] kind of sound.
And you know, if you're a [G] working person on a stage [Ab] in the studio, to have the option,
it's much better.

Another [Ab] excellent feature in this guitar are the locking tuners.
When you're playing a show, playing a session and your string breaks, you want to get back
on your feet [G] really quickly.
These are perfect for [Ab] that.
And with one motion, you put it through the hole, lock it and you clip it and they stay
in tune better and it's quicker.
You can't beat it.
Another really cool part of this guitar is the fingerboards radius.
It's 12 inches, which is a little bigger than the seven and a quarter [G] for vintage Strats
or the more modern 9.5.
And all that [B] really means is you have a flatter canvas [Ab] and it enables me to hit the note on
the first time and it's even across the board.
So that also means when I bend, I'm not choking out and I'm sustaining for days.
And that really makes a difference.

It's really great.
_ _ [Db] Alongside the 12 inch radius neck [Gb] are these narrow, tall frets, which if you're like me
and you like [A] low action, it's perfect.
[G] Makes the notes really accurate.
I can really grab these the [E] first try and that does make all the difference.
