This is Eric Anderson up here [E] again.
I'm Phil, he's Don.
I [D] wanted to bring him up here to do one thing which is very much out of character with [E] this whole program.
[G]
[B] [E] It's a song, since this is a songwriter suit, I'd like to do a song by the two most successful songwriters in the world.
Paul McCartney and John Lennon. No relation.

[C#m] [E] [C#m] Give me more, [A] give me more, hey, hey, hey, [E] give me more.
[C#m] And when I tell [E] you that I love you, [G#m] oh, [C#m] you're gonna say [A] you love [E] me too, [A] oh.
And when I ask [E] you to be my, [C#m] ah, ah, ah, [A] you're [B] gonna say you [E] love me too.
So I should have realized a lot [C#m] of things before, if this is love you gotta give me more, [A] give me more, hey, hey, hey, [E] give me more.
[F] [N]
I only did that, you know, for the main reasons that, to [D] make a point that it's all nonsense,
but I think, you know, in all of music today, what's going on in folk music, I think the Beatles are the most exciting thing.
Really, musically going on, and that's what I, I always like to make a point about writing topical songs,
that I always try to do that when I'm writing songs.
Like the first song I did, the, um, that's what I want to hear is a very, you know, pop-oriented melody,
which is what I, that's why we did it, to show that pop-oriented songs aren't necessarily bad, and that's pretty exciting music.
