[E] Man, the [B] rockabilly scene is alive and well.
It's basically just [E] the true roots [G] of rock and roll.
It's cars, the music, [B]

A lot of [Em] these young guys, they weren't born [Bm] until the 70s or 80s, but they like the [Bb] 50s culture.
[E] For me, it's the [C] lifestyle.
I live off of it.
[A] It [Bb] runs me, it fuels me.
[E] I've always been [Ab] into the cars and the [G] music.
Hot rods, [Bm] fine ladies.
[Em] It's nice to live back in that time.
I [E] feel like it's just [Bm] sometimes a [E] better time to be in.
[Am] You know, [E] rock and roll was alive back [Ab] then and [Em] going full [D] speed.
And [G] this whole rockabilly [F] movement [E] is [B] growing [F] all the time.

[D]
I pull up, man's team, all around the north side.

Every time [A] I try, [D] crazy about a northside gal.
You know, the [Bb] ladies, they take pride [Ab] in getting dressed, looking nice, [D] doing their hair, makeup, [G] [D] dressing right, [G] like they would back then.
They get [D] every car show now, they're starting to throw pent-up contest.
[A] That's our back when we started.
[D]
But you know what?
Everybody have it because it's a fun thing.
We're making a bottle garden of what we like.
And there's a lot of [G] beautiful girls in it, a lot of really cool [D] cats in it.
And what the glue is, is the music that holds [Gb] us all together.

He is the Rockabilly.
He's the guy.
