So
this is uh
[A] This is an old K [D] guitar obviously.
It's K right there
I don't know a lot about it how old it is what year it was made.
I do know it's hollow and it's uh
pretty fucking rowdy, but so I
Got it at a
Antique store in Austin, it was like 175 bucks
And it was pretty beat up when [B] I got it.
I [D]
didn't have a chance to play it through an amp or anything, but I just saw it and kind of rolled the dice
And got it home strung it up.
It's been pretty cool.
I started calling it the
Toro Tamer looks like something you'd have in a bullfighting ring.
How sound is that one?
Anyway that's uh
This is a old Craftsman guitar that I actually got from
Mark Ford I think bought me this guitar when we were doing the Metal Ego record.
That was the first electric guitar I ever had.
I think he got it off of Ebay for like a hundred bucks.
My friend Corby Shaw his grandfather is a luthier
Refretted it and set it all up for me, and it's really been a cool guitar.
I've been playing a lot of slide stuff on it.
It's hollow, it's light.
This is a guitar
Borrowed from a friend of mine, John [B] Grice, that used it.
It's an old Hoffner 12 string that somebody turned [Gb] into a six string kind of acoustic [Bm] baritone.
It's really got that.
[B]
Pretty cool guitar.
[Fm] This is my Cousin's stuff.
[E]
[Gm] [Gbm]
This is a [N] 63 J45 Cousin that my wife actually [Ab] got for me.
[N]
[Gb] I'm not sure exactly where she got [Bm] it, but
One that's [Gb] really hard to put down when you start [C] playing it.
[G]
Probably get it in the hands of somebody that can really play [Ab] and really hear it.
[Bb]
[E] This is an old Dobro that I actually got from the same store in Austin that I got the Toro [N] Tamer.
Another friend of mine actually got this for me for my birthday one year and
I had it for like a couple of days and me and some friends were
playing [G] around and
Breaking the headstock off of it.
This is actually [C] on the
Cover of the Roadhouse Sun record.
If you look there's a guitar [E] kind of next to me in the photo with the headstock broke off
And this is that guitar.
[G] [D] A friend of mine out here fixed it up for me.
Got it all [E] dialed in.
[G] [E]
[G]
[E] This
[D] is just an old [Ab] gut string guitar.
Says that it's from
Anahuac, Mexico.
Got this in another pawn shop, and [Gb] I think I got this in Comanche, Texas.
[Gb]
[Gm] [Dm]
[C] [F] [Bb]
[G] Playing some Mario Omega [E] stuff.
[Abm] That's kind of it.
Those are kind of my mega [Ab]-parts that I play on.
[D]
That's about all I need.
[Bm] [D]
