It kind of has become a daily thing, you know.
We bumped into each other several times in Sweden.
For the first time [G] in Sweden we were recording vocals for the 2010 album we recorded, you know, Hopsa.
And then I was doing some vocal sessions and then Cillian started recording.
And then we did some [Db] tattooing, like [G] [Db] in a hotel.
[N] We met up later, I've seen his art and I've been using a lot of different tattoo artists, you know.
I have a lot of different art on me, but I think Carlos is really the one who's been,
the closest to how the art I want to have.
You don't have to explain too much, it's all like that.
We have the same kind of vision for certain things.
It was kind of, this is the right way to go, you know.
It's just, I think, yeah, this is the third time I'm doing this.
I did a little leg [Gbm] piece and did a cover of it on my neck.
[F] Yeah, it's just [A] kind of a good friend, you know.
It really makes [Ab] art that I can truly relate to, you know.
A lot more, I don't know, I can say, it's a panic art [G] or a more [N] dark art.
We made, the first piece we did was the front of my leg, Reaper, or Mr.
Death himself.
You know, [G] he works really fast.
That's also different from tattoo artists I have used before, which are very slow
and you have to go back like five, six times.
Yes, yes.
That's also what [N] I really enjoy about his face, his creativity, you know.
The way he's improvising in the moment and at the same time being fast and quick.
How many sessions are you doing?
This will be the third session.
We're continuing today, we're just continuing on the backside of the leg
to make it more complete, you know.
So today, we're going to work on the back of my legs.
I know it will be great, so no worries.
Yes.
Well, the concept, I don't know if I should call it a concept,
but this is actually, [Ab] I have some [G] scars on my right leg that I'm trying to
[N] It's basically Mr.
Death himself, which I see as an extremely powerful symbol in a [Gb] way.
[N] I would say it's also maybe a bit personally related.
I don't really make tattoos to show off to people.
It's not my intention at all.
It's something for yourself?
[G] Yes, it's something for myself and it's something that, as I said [N] before,
something I can
art that I can relate to as a person [G] and what I'm all about.
[Db] [G] But this is still not finished yet, so we'll see when it's done,
but it's [Ab] definitely something I can stand for.
Yes.
And by the way, if you ever have the chance to hook up with Carlos from Black Shadow [Gb] Tattoos,
it's definitely worth checking out and you know where [Ebm] to get your tattoos.
