Hey everyone, so with Christmas right around the corner I thought it'd be the perfect time to do
an updated tutorial of Silent Night on the keyboard.
I hope you enjoy.
So we're playing
just with our right hand but I might have to use both my hands to kind of get around the camera
but basically we're going to start on G and we're playing G A [Em] G E.
Now that little section is
repeated quite a lot through the song so you might want to kind of get that into your head so [A] G [Em] A G
E.
Play that twice [D] and then we're going up to D.
D [G] so we're played G [Em] A G E G A G.
[Bm]
Now we're going
the same on C.
[Cm] C C G.
[Am] Okay that's the first line completely done.
Now we're doing A A C B A.
So A
A C B [A] A and then G A G E again and then we'll play [Am] that again A A C B A [G] G [Em] E.
And that's the first two lines completely done.
Let's play that from the beginning.
[G]
[Cm] [A]
[Em] [E]
[Em] [G] Okay now we're up to D.
We're playing D D [Dm] F D [Bm] B.
D [B] D F D [F#] B.
[Cm] Now we're on C with a really long pause [Em]
E.
[D] [B]
Okay in the final bit [Cm] C.
I'll just move the camera down because we're going quite far down.
C G [Em] E G [C] C [Em] G E G.
[Dm] [C]
So I'll play that last part just again and [Dm]
[C] [F] that's the entire song which you play
with just your right hand remember.
Okay well you could play it with both if you want and you could
also include some chords if you feel like it.
So I'll write the notes that I used in this video
[B] in the description box if you want to refer to those and I'll have links to my other videos there.
I hope you enjoyed this video and you found it useful.
