Hi, my name is Ryan Montlu.
This is Stephane Rombel.
We're doing Dupri's Diamond Blues.
I've always loved this song.
I love the changes in this song.
I think it lends itself really nicely to doing it in this style.
And I know Django Reinhardt was one of Jerry's heroes.
And Django was missing a couple fretting fingers that were all curled up from a fire he was in.
And Jerry was of course missing half a finger.
And I think they had some similarities.
And I think this song really lends itself to those sort of old gypsy changes.
And it's also, it's just rooted in a traditional tune.
And I love this song.
Here's Dupri's Diamond Blues.
