I can't help it.
That was my first experience with Houston, actually. _
We needed to be in Jepson Stadium at the University of Houston
for ZZ Top's first gig in Texas in over two years. _

_ Now, the problem is we were all 16 years old
and _ none of us had any money and none of us had a car. _ _ _ _
But, I mean, we worked on those problems.
The tickets were only seven bucks for that show.
And it wasn't just ZZ Top either.
It was ZZ Top, [B] Wishbone Ash, _ Savoy [G] Brown, the Doobie Brothers,
and Fleetwood Mac for all the girls that were in the band.

We could save up pop bottles and get gasoline, you know.
_ _ 19 cents a gallon and you got a good gas water going, [A] so no problem there.
But we didn't even have a car. _
But, well, one guy's girlfriend had a car.
