[F] [G] [F] Hi, I'm Tom Adler and delighted to be here today with the great Sonny Osborne.
Another backup technique that Earl uses a lot that I think you do to perfection is based
on the first two [B] strings played with the index finger.
One [E] [A] [F#m] [G]
[D] [Bm] part of this where I would go from this D to a G, I used a [B] B.
[Bm] [D]
[G] There was a real nice lick halfway through it.
[Am]
[G] [Am] So you're doing a double, [A] so a double pull off [Am] and another hammer on.
[G] [Am] [A]
[G] [F]
[G] [F] [G]
So one key to that is you're sliding down actually to get to that next chord.
[F]
[G] It's been a pleasure and I hope we can do it again sometime.
Great.
