Hello, I'm Farris [B] from the horrors and I'm doing a photoshoot.
[F#]
Hello, we're the horrors, enemy of filming us being photogra-
Photographed.
Photographed by them.
That was a bit shit wasn't it?
I don't know, I mean I'm really happy with what we're doing and whether other people are.
[F#]
Well, no, it does matter, I mean everyone, every band does [G] that, you know,
like yeah we're just doing what we're doing, everything else is a bonus,
I don't mean like that, I mean like, you know, I think that we're really clear as to what we want to do as a band,
so, you know, I just think that ultimately, you know, interesting music is going to find an audience,
so short term I'm not so bothered about.
The album is [F#] all about capturing that amazing Russian feeling, which is ultimate excitement,
we've captured brilliantly and it's all been passed on [G] to everyone else.
It's all about giving.
And receiving, it's like Christmas but it's going to be during the summer.
[F#] Literally all that's happened is we've been writing and making music for Sunday and Saturday, you know,
so I mean, [G] I'd imagine, I mean the thing that I'm most happy with is obviously the finished album, you know,
you [F#] never, I mean nothing's ever finished and that's the way it should be but I think development was enough for me
and [G] I think that once the band stops wanting to develop and, you know, just starts being happy with releasing the same [F#] album four times,
you know, time to do it a day.
[G]
We've been just getting the album finished really and we've [F#m] been going between Bath and Bristol and good old [F#] London
and we've just been preparing to go to America, [G] which is going to be amazing.
We're touring for a month with Kills, that's like, I think it's about [F#] 25, 26 dates.
The recent tour is, well, we're doing the month with Kills and then we get back.
[G] Technically we're in America now, aren't we?
Yeah, we're actually in America right now.
Yeah, we're in America.
[F#] Playing a show right now, actually.
But yeah, after when we get back we'll be doing a UK tour, regional [G] dates,
Leeds, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Brighton and we end up at the Electric [F#m] Board.
You kind of, you record, record, record, record until you're really sick of recording
and then [G] you tour and tour and tour until you're sick of touring and then you go back to it.
So it's sort of, it's like, you [Gm] know, more [F#m] of a scale.
By the time you get sick of touring you're then really anxious to record
and then by the time you're sick of recording you're anxious [G] to tour again.
So it's sort of a happy, happy circle.
Just smiling faces, [F#m] you know.
