The [C] Legend of Zelda has always been a huge part of my history for [F] loving video games.
My sister actually reminded me as I was working on [C] this arrangement _ [G] that back when I was a
little kid [Dm] and I was playing The [A] Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening, [C] I would sit my Game
Boy beside my tape recorder [D] and I would [Dm] record the music [A] from the game _ onto the [Em] tape recorder
so that I could listen to it later when I wasn't [E] playing.
So that was [Dm] the first time I really [A] remember just loving the music from a [C] game [D]
and the
first time I remember that that music [Dm] really helped immerse me [A] into the experience and
into [Em] the characters and the story.
So I heard some other guitarists [Cm] arrange this [F] theme and so I [Am] figured I'd give it a try.
_ _ [G] Putting together that melody _ with the accompaniment, [Dm] both those rhythms going on at the same [E] time
was a fun challenge to [G] make it sound natural on the guitar and I heard some arrangements
that seemed to kind of [F] struggle with that so I [Am] wanted to see if I could do it justice
and make it sound like [G] it was meant for the guitar.
There's just so [C] much beautiful music from movies, TV shows, and video games _ [Bb]
that _ if
[F] you've played the games or if you've watched the movies, _ _ _ it kind of helps you relive that
[C] experience when you're playing it or it helps your audience relive that experience.
But even [F] if you haven't played those games, like in my case here, you can still enjoy
the music because it's just great music. _
_ So if you guys would like for me to see if I can get the rights to [G] publish the sheet
music or [C] tabs for this arrangement [Gm] and make some video [Dm] tutorials, please [Fm] like [F] and comment.
[G] It's a great way for me to [Em] see the demand there.
