Okay, we can do that.
Do you want to do that?
I'm Tyler.
I'm Maggie.
And we're the Ohelos, and you're watching eTown.
Are you just ready whenever?
Hey, I'm Tyler.
And I'm Maggie.
And we're the Ohelos, and you're watching eTown.

[Bm] [G]
We [Bm] both kind of come from a more
[G] classical background.
I mean, I went to, I basically, I went to school
in college for classical composition.
But so
from that background, I mean, I'm really used to music that
has dynamic, that has these rises and falls, these big highs
and then, you know, very delicate lows.
[B] And I don't know, I really, I like
music that kind of pulls you in and makes you wait for some kind
of payoff, [Bb] like that builds and
kind of makes you follow it on like a journey.
And also, since
we sort of write our [D] albums as an
entire piece and each song is more of a movement, again, from the
classical kind of standpoint,
the movement of the entire album from the highs and lows and
[Bb] the ebb and flow of it is also important [Gm] to
us.
And so it's not just in each song, there has to be the certain art.
But if throughout the entire album, you go [F] through the high
emotions and the low hurts and come up again for
[Am] a breath of fresh air.
That's what's important to us as far as writing
the music goes.
[C]
[Am] Hello
my old heart, how have you been?
Are you still there inside my chest?
I've been so worried, you've been
so still, barely beating
it on.
[G] Oh, [Am] don't
leave me [F] alone, [C] don't tell me [F] that we've
grown, we [G] haven't loved a [Am] little while.
Oh, [C] I don't wanna [F] be alone,
[C] I wanna find [F] out and I wanna [G]
share
it [Dm] with you.
[D]
[Am] Hello [C] my old
[F] heart, it's been so [Am] long since
I've given [F] you away.
[Am] Every day
[C] I add [F] another stone to the walls
I've [Am] built around you to keep you [F] safe.
[G] Oh, [Am] [C] don't leave
me [F] alone, [C] don't tell me that [F] we've grown,
we haven't [G] loved a little [Am] while.
[G] Oh, [Am] I don't
[C] wanna be [F] alone, [C] I wanna
find out [F] and I wanna [G] share it with [Dm] you.
[E] Hello [C] my old [Am] heart,
how have you been?
How is [C] it being
[F] locked away?
[Am] Don't [C] you [F] worry
cause in there you're safe and it's true, you'll [C] never
be, [F] but you'll never break.
[C]
Nothing lasts forever, but something's
on men's feet.
[A] You'll never find
[Am] the answers until you step
your [G] old heart free.
Until [Cm] you step
your old heart free. [C]
