Hey, this is Jimmy Galloway here at Maple Street Guitars and I've [N] got a Pierre Bensison
model Loudon and it's got Honduran [F] rosewood and Adirondack spruce top.
It's got an arm bevel here [Bb] and something you don't see on many Loudons is a flame maple
neck, the five piece neck.
It's very cool, beautiful and it sounds [N] amazing.
There's not many of these floating around out there and we're going to do a little video of it.
It's very versatile and there are some finger picking things I'm going to do and some strumming
things I'm going to do in standard tuning and in open tuning and using partial capos
[Bb] and it handles all of it very well and it's just a beautiful instrument.
[C] So stick [Bb] around, thanks.

The first guitar George Loudon built for Pierre Bensison was in [C] 1978.
[Bbm] Pierre still plays this guitar today, [F] but in 2009 [Cm] Loudon embarked on a new [Bbm] challenge
of building a guitar with many similar sound [F] characteristics [Cm] of Pierre's original Loudon,
but with more comfort to allow Pierre to compose and play many hours a day.
Loudon [Bb] custom designed a sound box bevel to provide exceptional comfort while voicing
the [Fm] soundboard to make sure the bevel did not compromise the tone in any way.
[Cm] The Bensison model encompasses a full and resonant voice, brilliant and [Fm] warm with clarity
and [Db] richness that will only get better with age.
