It's bad enough saying baby I'm leaving you because I met somebody else
But for you to ask that, [Abm] relaying how you met and all that, [N] that's terrible
Imagine him saying that's when he saw her, she was standing there, he was mesmerized
And he's relaying all this back to his woman, incredible
And then he said I asked her if she could stay, she said okay

Maybe he'll say they got married or something, I don't know
But fantastic voice, the interpretation, it's beautiful the way he tells the story
He looks so young there, trying to get used to that
