Hey everyone, [C] thank you so much for joining me today.
We're going [F] to learn Waymaker on the guitar.
This is what the play-along sounds like.
Waymaker, miracle [C] worker, promise keeper, light in the [G] darkness, my god, that is [Am] who you are.
_ [F] If you want the chord chart, please support me on Patreon.
Also, if you like these videos,
don't forget to hit [Gm] subscribe and the like button.
They let me know that you like these
you'd like to see more.
First, [F] we have an F chord.
It looks like stairs.
Finger number one is going to be pushing down on the first fret of the E and the B string.
Finger number two, second fret of the G string.
And finger number three, third fret of the D string.
I'm going to be muting this one with my thumb.
And then also my ring finger is lightly touching that A string.
[E] So that if I happen to strum it, I don't [F] hear a_ _
[A] _ that right there.
Now, if you have the bar chord, it looks like this.
[F]
So I [C] bar the first fret, ring finger pinky on the third fret of the A and the D string.
[F] Finger number three is on the G string, the second fret.
So it depends upon which one you would like to use.
That one or this one.
[E] In the play-along, I use this one.
[C] C chord looks almost like your F chord, but now we're going to be on the first,
second and third fret of the second string, the fourth string and the fifth string.
_ G [G] chord, I'm using this one.
[E] I've seen G played this way.
If [B] you'd play this way, this way, use whatever way you'd want to.
[G] So for my version, I'm using [G] finger number three here on the third fret.
Finger number four on the third fret.
Finger number two, the second fret of the A string.
And then A [A] minor, I'm using my focus box.
Fingers two and three on the second fret of the D and the G [Am] string.
And finger number one, first fret of the B string. _ _ _
[F] Now, if I wanted to strum this song very simply,
because it's the same four chords over and over and over again,
it would be F for four counts.
One, two, three, four.
C chord.
[C] One, two, three, four.
G [G] chord.
One, two, three, four.
[Am] A minor.
One, two, three, four.
Now, on the play along, [Eb] I'm using this strumming pattern.
Down, down, up, down, down, up, down, down, up, down, down, up.
One and a two and a three and a four and a.
So each down, down, up is going to be equal to one count.
I almost said four.
But if I wanted to play through that entire measure or play that for four counts or a chord
for four counts, I have to have down, down, up, down, down, up, down, down, up, down,
down, up to complete the cycle.
So it would sound like this.
Down, down, up, down, down, up, [F] down, down, up, down.
Here we go.
Down, down, up, down, down, up, down, down, up.
[C] C chord. _ _ _ _ _
[G] G chord.
_ _ _ _ A [Am] minor. _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ So that's the verse, the chorus, the bridge, same four chords over and over again.
I have put everything together in the play along.
That is next.
I also made a video on how to slow down or speed up any YouTube video.
So I'm going to put that in the cards above and the description box below.
So if that you are practicing the chord changes and you need something just a little bit slower,
you can slow down the video.
Or if you're feeling Olympic and you just want to speed up the video and practice this
a little faster, go for it.
So play along.
That's next. _ _ _ _
_ [C] _ _ _ _ [G] _ _ _
_ [Am] _ _ You [F] are here.
Moving [C] in our midst.
I [G] worship you.

_ _ _ Hey, thank you [Fm] so much.
And just wanted to remind you that you are loved, that there is a [Gm] God out there that is near.
Even when he seems like he's far, he is near.
He is [F] a way maker.
He makes miracles.
This song is very important to me, not only during this time of [Gm] turmoil right now with COVID-19,
but also just with [F] me being eight months pregnant,
just being able [C] to be pregnant, to have the second [Bb] child.
This is our miracle right here.
[C] So just really grateful to the [F] Lord for letting me be a mommy again.
And yeah, [C] just also trusting God with the future and with the future [Gm] of this baby
and the future of our family.
And he is a God that can be trusted in your life [F] too.
