[G] [F] What is up, guys?
[N] Welcome back to Rob's Squad Reactions with your boy Jay.
And your girl Amber.
And we are back today, not with just any video.
Let them know.
Guys, it's Halloween weekend.
We've been-
What is this?
I gotta get out my pants.
He's never had hair guys.
He's like flipping it.
It's Halloween weekend.
And so we were super excited to dress up this weekend
for you guys.
Today, we are actually taking it back to the 80s.
So we're going to do the decades.
We're going to do some 80s music today.
I think Jordan looks-
First of all, I tried to convince him to get something a little bit more low-key,
but he had to have the prom suit and the metal wig.
Like he had to be really extra, but it's okay because I think he looks really cool.
But let's waste no more time.
If you are new to the channel,
hey, make sure to smash the subscribe button as always.

Every single day.
Every single day.
Not once or twice, but three times every day.
So come join the family.
But-
You're cracking me up.
I can't look at you.
Tell them who we got today.
Okay, guys.
So today we're listening to Kenny Loggins and the song is Danger Zone.
You guys have been suggesting Kenny Loggins a bit.
I know Kenny Rogers.
I don't know no Kenny Loggins.
I know Kenny Loggins because of Footloose,
but I don't know this song.
So I'm super excited to dive into-
See, this headphones going to fit over this hair.
I always have that problem.
I'm trying to figure it out right now.
Kenny Loggins, Danger Zone.
Let's go ahead and check out Mr.
Kenny.
Let's get into it.
Listen [Eb]
[Db]
[Eb]
to her howl, low.
Gradual undetention, making you detaction, girl.
[Db] [Ebm]
[Db] Riding in the cool, [Gb] shining sound.
[Eb] Riding in the twilight, spreading out her wings tonight.
[Ebm] She got you jumping off the deck, shoving in the overdrive.
Hold on.
I want to pause it [N] real quick.
Like for some reason, Kenny-
This is 80s, right?
Yeah.
He has like the 80s, like I want to say like the Def Leppard and the Zeb Lepard.
Like he's got that kind of rocker voice, but it's more like he sings.
I mean, obviously this song is pop music.
Yeah, it's more like pop.
But to me, he has like the hairband rocker type, kind of mysterious,
kind of bad boy type voice is kind of what I'm thinking.
He just sang so lightly at the beginning.
I don't know if you paid attention.
Like that first verse he sang, it was just like so light.
And what I know from Kenny Loggins, from Footloose,
it's like kind of just like, you know, very out there and powerful.
Well, do you not notice this?
This is Top Gun.
We haven't seen it, but this is from one of the other videos we reacted to.
Who did we react to that was Top Gun?
I can't remember now.
I don't remember which Top Gun video it was, but let's get back into Danger Zone.
[Eb]
[Db] [Ebm] Rain flower, [B] take a ride.
[Db] I'm the [B] rain [Gb] flower.
You [Ab] never say hello to you until you get [Gb] it on the road.
I know, I know.
You never know what you're coming to until you get [Db] it on the side.
And you got to know.
[Eb]
[Ebm]
[Eb]
[Db]
[Eb]
Is there something, is [N] there not just something about 80s drums that is like
super similar in a lot of the songs that it does that steady beat that kind of
makes you move the same way?
That's what made me think of it.
I was like, hold up.
If this beat made me feel like I want to move this way to other 80s songs,
does that make sense?
And I don't know.
I just remember a long, long, long time ago from my music teacher.
I think it was like a decibel one of the deals that kind of gets like tick, tick.
It kind of keeps everything on beat.
I feel like the drum in a lot of these songs kind of plays and I made maybe the
incorrect name of it, but I think it's the decibel kind of drums that kind of
that sets the tone that kind of sets the tone and kind of keeps it on beat [Ab] and on track.
So far, and I know it's weird because it's like kind of in the [Gb] background.
It's my favorite part of the song.
He does have some notes that he does hit really [N] powerfully.
Right, but oh, just a couple seconds.
Yeah, guys in the 80s.
How did y'all do this?
Well, you have to remember you're not used to hair.
So like this is a lot for [Ebm] you.
Now you see why I wear ponytails all the time.
[Eb] [Db]
[Eb] [Ebm] [Db]
[Eb] [Gb]
[Ab] [Db]
[Eb]
[Db] [Ebm]
[Db] [Eb]
[B] [Ab]
[Db] [Eb]
[Ebm] [Db] [Ebm]
[Db] [Ebm]
[B] [Abm]
[N] Hey real quick because we've reacted to two songs now that have been in Top Gun.
It looks like a serious movie.
No, we've never seen it.
I don't know if I want to watch it.
We've never seen Top Gun, but obviously it's got to have an amazing soundtrack
because right that's because we've reacted to two artists.
Yeah, amazing artists that you know, I guess had a song on this show.
So drop us down some more some more songs from I guess Top Gun and I know
that you don't know Kenny Loggins Footloose, but I do and I love Footloose
because it's a very fun song.
And so I guess I'm more so talk to the subscribers than you on this because
you won't know what I'm talking about.
But I think I like Danger Zone better just because I think it showcases his
talent more even though Footloose was really fun and I have attached to it
because of the movie.
I just I really have fallen more in love with his voice in this song than I
did in Footloose.
Let's get back [Eb] to it.
[Bb]
[F] [Db] [Ebm]
[B] [Abm]
[Ab] [Eb]
[N] Absolutely love it.
You know, you know the message, you know, he's talking about take these
headphones off and I can't even see him on you.
I can't see him in the hair, but he's obviously talking about, you know,
Top Gun obviously Air Force talking about, you know, the life of you know,
I get an Air Force pilot, you know, taking the highway.
I mean that's to the to the danger zone.
Anybody in the military.
I'm right.
I thought about saying they live in the military.
We have to see Top Gun now.
I feel like the music has kind of molded into that movie now.
So we have to watch Top Gun because like you said that soundtrack has to
be amazing and then we'll have to we'll have to hear more from it.
It's got to be one of those movies that just has like one of the top
soundtracks of the decade and I really like Kenny Loggins Kenny Loggins.
I'll say I knew I was gonna say by singing kid members voice his voice,
you know, it showed in this video, you know, he has a lot of different kind
of aspects to a voice.
No one point.
He kind of gave a falsetto at another point.
He kind of had a little bit of grit a little bit of growl and you know,
just more at the end.
He was playing with his voice a little bit more like like I said,
I feel like he it was like a marathon not a sprint like this song.
He started off really lightly.
You cannot stop.
He's like I really lightly and then he finished the song with giving us,
you know, showing us all the play he has and the power in his vocals.
So I think I definitely liked it.
I did too.
Guys.

_ _ [Db] _ _ _ _ [Ebm] _ _
_ _ [Db] _ Riding in the cool, [Gb] shining sound.
_ _ _ _ _ [Eb] Riding in the twilight, spreading out her wings tonight.
_ [Ebm] She got you jumping off the deck, shoving in the overdrive.
[Eb] _
_ _ [Db] _ _ _ _ [Ebm] Rain flower, _ [B] take a ride.
[Db] I'm the [B] rain [Gb] flower.
You _ _ _ [Ab] never say hello to you until you get [Gb] it on the road.
I know, I know.
You never know what you're coming to until you get [Db] it on the side.
And you got to know.
[Eb] _ _

_ _ Is there something, is [N] there not just something about 80s drums that is like
super similar in a lot of the songs that it does that steady beat that kind of
makes you move the same way?

_ _ [N] Hey real quick because we've reacted to two songs now that have been in Top Gun.
_ [Bb] _ _ _ _ _ _ _
[F] _ _ [Db] _ _ _ [Ebm] _ _ _
[B] _ _ _ _ _ [Abm] _ _ _
_ [Ab] _ _ _ _ [Eb] _ _ _
_ _ [N] _ Absolutely love it.
I did too.
