I was playing your music on the radio you had hit after hit after hit
Where have you been for the last 20 years?
Well, then, you know growing up I suppose, you know, I've been
Recording [Gb] I suppose some of the success that we've had has been overseas and
South of the equator now you also [F] have a studio.
So you've been probably producing a [Abm] lot of stuff
Well, I produced the last
Studio in Portland.

The sound before was I guess typical.
What would you say pop top 40 now?
It's taking a new direction
Well, I've always been you know a jazz freak and I wanted to really let the jazz element really [Gb] affect this album
and that's why one of the reasons why I moved to Portland a lot of good jazz [F] musicians there and I
Together trio there so we could record this album
Is there anybody in particular who influenced [E] influenced you and any particular sound on this CD [F] that we might hear?
No, I've always loved, you know the [G] jazz of the 40s and 50s and all the greats that we all love and I tried to
Put the element of pop in it as far as production and [N] sound and so there's I guess there's two sensibilities
You know coming into one sound.
