[Ab] [Bb] I'm low [Cm] on glory, yeah.
Let's drink.
[Db] I'm high,
[Cm] [Eb] because I know I'm not [Ab] like you.
[Bb] In [Am] terms of genres, I'm hoping [F] that people have somewhat of a difficulty trying to [E] place
what exactly we are, because I don't think we know ourselves, and I don't think we have
a conscious [Bb] idea of what that is.
And I don't ever think that we'd want to limit ourselves to [F] what we can and can't do.
Because of the way that we wrote the first record, [G] we'd really like to write all together.
It's kind of weird to have five people with [A] equal voices in the writing process in the
[Bb] same room, like, trying to get their point across, but [F] somehow it works.
And for, I mean, just writing in general, we've been living together for the last two
years, so that really helps a lot.
I mean, [D] if you can [Cm] share chores and not, you know, annoy the crap out of each other, [Gm] then
you can write music and you can learn to [F] be, have tact and know when to withdraw when
you don't have to be playing, or just go all out when you need [Bb] to go all out.
Yes, now, yes, now, yes, now.
[Fm]
Young The Giant [Bbm] wasn't like anything, like, specific.
There [Cm] wasn't like a specific [G] experience or anything that we said, [Ab] this has to be our
name, or anything like that.
I [Cm] think it just kind of came out of [A] fun.
I guess Young The Giant [Bbm] does mean just being able to let loose and [Ab] have a good time and
let it kind of be the way you live your life, even if you're 60 years old.
