Zach Brown Band is hanging out with [A#m] us.
[F#] Yeah.
[N] There they go.
There they go.
So we want to talk about Toes and Floaty Boatwood and the whole thing.
Where did the concept behind Floaty come around?
Well, about 29 and a half years ago, Floaty came washing up on the shores of Lake Lanier.
He was hanging onto a piece of driftwood with one hand and had an empty, you know, a skull
can that had been refilled with infant milk, baby formula.
And he washed up on shore and was taken up with a local family.
And he just had a very brilliant imagination.
And this video is the first clip of him as an older man.
And you're definitely going to see him again.
But this is just the first.
He's going to be a legend.
He is.
He is.
The legend of Floaty Boatwood.
You guys are going to play Toes for us?
Yeah.
Let's do it.

Concrete cars, their [E] own prison bars like this life I'm [F#] living in.
But the [B] plane brought me farther, [E] surrounded my water and I'm not going [B] back again.
I got my toes in the wild, [E] ass in the sand.
Not [B] a worry in the [G#m] world, a [F#] cold beer in my hand.
Life is [E] good today.
[F#] Life is good [B] today.
Adios [E] and bye, come G.A.
Yeah, I'm leaving [B] G.A.
[F#] And if it weren't for tequila and pretty senoritas, I'd have no reason [B] to stay.
Adios and bye, [E] come G.A.
Yeah, I'm [B] leaving G.A.
[F#] Gonna lay in the hot sun and roll a big fat one and grab my [B] guitar and play.

Old days flew by [E] like a drunk Friday night as the [B] summer drew to [F#] an end.
[B] They can't believe that [E] I just couldn't leave and I [F#] bid adieu to my [B] friends.
Cause my bartender, she's from the islands.
Her body's been kissed by [F#] the sun.
[B] And coconut replaces [E] the smell of the bar and I don't [D#m] know if it's her or [B] the rum.
Got my toes in the wild, [E] ass in the sand.
Not [B] a worry in the world, a [F#] cold beer in my hand.
Life is [E] good today.
[F#] Life is good today.
Adios and bye, [E] come G.A.
From the lake.
[F#] It's where all our muchachas, they call me Big Papa.
When I throw pesos [B] their way.
Adios and bye, [E] come G.A.
A long way from the [B] lake.
[F#] Someone do me a favor and pour me some Jager and [D#] grab my guitar [B] and play.

Going home [B] now to stay.
[F#]
Me and Big Dan Bubba's gonna kick it by the lake.
Aw yeah.
And [B] put our ass in a lawn chair, [E] toes in the clay.
