[D]
Beautiful [B] day out here.
Just [C] finished this not too long ago.
Western Cedar top.
Cherry sides and a cherry back with a nice [N] little figure.
Kind of the mess ups I talk [F#] about.
The fit up to the neck and the body is not very [N] elegant.
It's got a Padauk [B]
[Em] peghead overlay.
[Bm] So, [D] Cripple Creek.
[Bm] So, you're going to take [F#] your first finger and you're going to have it down.
[Bm] First finger, first string.
Tuning is DAD.
[C#] You're going to hammer on to the [D] second fret.
[Bm] Play that twice.
[F#] Pull off the second fret to the first.
[D] Then open.
Okay.
Go through that again.
So, you've got your [C] first finger, first fret pressed down.
You strum and hammer on [D] to the second.
Hit that twice.
Then pull off to the first.
Then open.
Then you do that again.
Instead of pulling off, you slide to the fourth.
Okay.
You do it again.
Pull off again.
Open.
And then hammer again.
[Em] Then instead of strumming the second, you take it off and you go and you strum the first
string, first finger, first fret [D] again.
Then open.
Go through it slowly.
Slide to the fourth.
[G] Okay.
Then all you do is [F#] repeat the same thing on this lower [D] string down here.
It gives you a little extended range.
[Em] [D] [A]
[D] [Gm]
[D]
[Gm] [D]
[Gm] [D]
[E]
[G] It's got a lot different sound than the spruce top.
[F#] So, let me know if you're interested in ordering something like this too.
I've got it electrified as well.
I don't have it [D] plugged in.
This one's got a [F#] nice mellow tone to it.
[N] Anyway, thanks for watching
