a fact that all of us face tough times, _ [Bb] times a lot different than these moments of [Eb] celebration.
_ But tough times [Ab] don't diminish the reality of His presence.
[Bbm] Darkness will fall and clouds

[G] Shadows will come, [Cm] but our faith and [Eb] our confidence in Him need [Ab] never be shaken. _
And when [Bb] we face difficult times and trials, He will [C] be with us to make a way.

[D] I [C] remember receiving the phone call from [Bb] my mother-in-law late one night, informing me
that [F] my wife, sister, and husband had been [Bb] involved in a terrible car accident.

had four young boys. _
[Gm] Jeremy, the oldest, who was soon to be nine [C] years old, was killed
[Am] instantly, and the other three were seriously [C] injured. _
[D] I felt so helpless when I heard [G] the
news.
_ All the scriptures that came to my mind seemed to fall short of what I really wanted
to say to them.
_ But as I was praying [Am] for them, God [C] gave me a song, [G] and I wrote down the words,
God will make a way where there seems to be no way.
He works in ways we cannot see.
[C] That's
what I really wanted to say to Susan and [Bm] Craig.
God is working in ways you can't [G] see.
I wanted
to give them hope [Em] in a hopeless [D] situation.

You may be going through a similar situation

The [G] Bible tells us that
He has inscribed us in the palm of His hand.
He is a God who can make a way where there

I had finally come to the end of my rope.
_ [C] Like a watch that had been wound too tightly,

_ All I could do was [Eb] cry uncontrollably.
I felt like a [Bb] huge black cloud was hovering
over me, and [Db] I couldn't escape.
I didn't want [Ab] to live, so I prayed that I would die.

that God was my answer, but I thought it [C] was too late.
I had been a Christian for many
[Am] years, but I had become too busy to talk to God, and I [D] didn't often give Him the chance
to talk to me.
It wasn't until I [G] fell flat on my face that God got my attention.
_ My husband
checked me into the [A] hospital where I was diagnosed with severe depression.
[G] I was in the hospital
for nine days, and [Em] there I discovered that in God's [D] love I have [C] unconditional acceptance.
I need never fear rejection, [E] because He says [G] He has put His seal upon me [Am] and given me His
spirit in my heart.

God had been with me all along.
