Fella who was the guitar player in the band Ringo was in or Rory storm and the hurricanes
He found out about it, [Bb] too
And he got up earlier and went and got [G] it by the time I got [D] there that it had [G] gone
I was so disappointed it it scarred me for the rest of my life.
[G]
I
Didn't like [D] the guitar sound I had and it was a box [G] amp and a Gretsch guitar
It was you know in those days it was like it was early days and you were lucky to have anything
You know, I could have [N] had square ones and round ones and fur ones, you know, like Bo Diddley
I never thought I did didn't know [D] anything and
You know even [G] in the mid 60s, you know people kept thinking [Cm] the guitar craze was finished
[Dm] [Db] Eventually even the reluctant Beatles were won over to the Stratocasters come

Rodeo [Abm] now and he went out [G] and bought

This was a [B] pale blue.
Well, there was a pair of them and they were both pale blue
It's a bit of the basic original color [G] on the back, but then
During that album.
We used it quite a lot
where man was most noticeable and
During 67 everybody started painting everything I
Decided to paint it [A] and [D] I got some day glow paint, which was quite a new [G] invention in them days
This sat up late one night and did it happy boys I shadow on here and a nail varnish actually
It's called rocky and it's a played it ever since I started playing slide on around about 1970 and
From actually from a conversation with [D] Rai Kuda
I realized it was better to jack the bridge up high and put some [G] heavy gauge strings on
And then I found it was a much better sound so I played it from 1970 slide
It was also [D] all you need is love that was like the first [G] satellite televised program
[Ab] So it's kind of quite historical
Why [E] but I was very disappointed when he sold to CBS, I mean it didn't have anything to do with me [B] and
