Hey y'all
[Bb] We went through this on the old private [Abm] tricker channel, but I didn't [G] really explain how to play it [Bb] and [Eb] I didn't think I needed to but
Sometimes I [B] forget that there are absolute beginners and they don't know [Eb] intuitively what those chords shapes are just by looking at it
[Bb] So let's run through it
it's a capo at the eighth fret and
If you get that part of it the rest of it's easy
So you know where to put the capo
But it is just a one four [F] five twelve bar thing with I'm [G] gonna call it D
Even though it's not in the key of D, but the shape is [Bb] D, right?
So you're a capo at a then D and and as I listen to it closer on the old channel
I think I did it with a pick as I listen to it closer this time.
I think he's without one
So either with his thumb
Whatever [Eb] [Bb]
[Cm] that off [Bb] is an important thing the off one in between those is sort of hammering
So you're in D
[Eb] then G7
[Bb]
[F] 7 [Bb]
and you have to do the [C] a7 with a full [F] a and
Then [Bb] the high e [F] you know three up
[Bb] So you'll you'll hear on the chords
[G] Your [Bb] high e is at the second fret up from the up from the capo on the D
[Ab]
then on the G7
[C] [Ab]
[Dm] [G] [Db]
[Dm] [F]
[Bb] So you have to do that high e
that way
To get the right, you know
[B] Voicing on those chords, but a good rhythm exercise for
Did you do you do you do you do and just really get mechanical on that?
[Bb]
[Eb]
[Bb] [F]

[Bb] [Eb]
[Bb] [F]

[Bb] [F]
[Bb]
[Eb]
[Bb] [F] You
[Bb]
That's it pretty straightforward the only thing [Eb] I do a little bit different is on the g7 instead of playing
I'm only hitting the top note to it.
So I only do the one note
[Bb] [F]
[Bb] [C] Good luck
