Start Jamming...
[E] Hey this is Danny with the [G] Greater Band [E] Fleet and here are facts with 99 scenes.
[G] My [Em] first concert I was actually not in the band yet.
[Abm] [Gm] I was [Em] the old drummer
couldn't make the show.
[Abm] They [Gm] actually called me when I was [Em] a couple hours away
somewhere [Ab] to come play [A] a biker [E] gig and it was at Vassar, I think [Em] Vassar Michigan.
It was at American Spirit Biker.
I think the greatest thing about rock music in
[E] 2018 is that it's still alive and it's still delivering the same energy and impact that [G] it had so long [A] ago.
I think the best thing about Bieber is that he's from Canada, right?
[B]
I don't think any of the songs are hard to write.
I think the way that we write our songs is very organic [Em] and helps.
So being that that's the [Ab] case, [Gb] they come pretty naturally.
[Em]
The best part is that we all kind of know how to communicate with each other just by giving [G] [Eb] each other looks.
That helps on stage a lot because we like [E] to jam.
We don't [G] play to any [Em] metronomes or clicks [Gb] or anything.
[Abm] You can probably [Em] tell.
But I think the best thing is that [Abm] we can all [G] [A] communicate with each other.
It's hella easy.
If Bieber lets out one song, probably since I love him, [B] it's a sexy song.
The best thing [Db] about being a drummer is you're, I [B] don't know, you're limitless pretty much.
You [Em] can almost do whatever you would like.
Your job is to keep the structure, [Abm] keep the [G] backbone.
But within [Gbm] that, you can pretty much do whatever you want.
You don't have to worry about hitting [Abm] a wrong [G] note.
[E] That's pretty nice.
And you can be as hard as you want to.
Probably when we played [Em] with Elton John at Elton John's Oscar party back earlier this spring.
That was incredible.
I [Gb] absolutely freaked out.
[Em] Ah, croissant.
