[A] [Dm] The silent [Bb] call [Gm] of God [A] beyond the [Dm] door
[Bb] Those who [Gm] hear sing [A] along
[Dm] Thank you, [Bb] you, [Gm]
you
[A] Who's done the [Bb] part the time
Are [G] drums [Dm] the hardest [A] thing to integrate into this
because there's so many of them as part of the orchestra to begin with?
Yeah, I don't want to give myself any undue credit,
but drums, especially on stage, it's very difficult to be quiet enough
to let every other person play because you're just naturally so much volume,
so much resonance, you're probably the biggest instrument
when you really put it all together with your cymbals and all your toms.
And so it's a challenge.
You've got to get the right tone and rhythm, but you can't drown everybody out.
The other thing, too, about Siren Call, actually, very specifically,
in execution, live, Zack is playing drums,
and Taylor and I are playing drums.
All the other music is the orchestra.
So I mean, it literally is like, that song is literally transformed by the orchestra
because we are not playing anything else except for percussion.
[Gm] Drums, vocals.
[A] Bass, vocals, and symphony.
And it's [Eb] just, it's a really cool moment.
[N] Before the music stops
Who's gonna [Bb] start the [Gm] fire?
[A] [Dm] Who's gonna [Bb] beat the [Gm] drums?
[A] [Dm] I'm gonna [Bb] fight the [Gm] tide
[A] Are [Dm] you gonna [Bb] hold the [Gm] line?
[A] Who's [Dm] gonna [Bb] carry the plan?
[Gm]
[A] [Dm] Are you gonna [Bb] be the one?
