_ [G] _
Tasmanian Blackwood
back beautiful figured back and sides
_ ebony neck [G#] and
That's I doubt whether you can see but it's that's Mulga in the back.
It's this little box here.
That's my _
AGA
_ guitar pickup system that they
Australian guitar accessories made for it with a custom sized saddle
transducer [G] pardon me for the saddle _
It's great bazooki guitar scale length, which
What is that?
I think it's
24 and a quarter I could look up the specs anyway for the scale length, but it's a standard guitar or acoustic guitar scale length
That's basically it really _
Why don't we start with just playing through some bits and pieces
I'll do some chords as garden variety chord progression.
Maybe a few single note lines
I'm mostly a finger picker.
So that might impede you
typical impression of the
bazooka itself, but
_ GD ad _ _ _
Use my fingers fingernails

_ _ _ _ _ _ Sustains well, it's got a good bold good bold sort of a sound when you want it
It can be also pretty and delicate as I said before.
I'm a finger picker.
So I like to

[D] _ _ _ Once again Jack spirit [G] bazooka this time I got my plectrum with me so [D] you can hear it
More as a lot of you guys have play.
I'm using a fairly medium thin sort of a peak.
I like that

So as I said earlier
I tend to be a finger picker when I'm just playing around the house with a bazooka on my own
But when I'm playing with the trio two fiddles and the [G#] bazooka, I like to use the plectrum gets a bit more
Strength of the tone out and helps the bazooka cut through you get that great percussive sort of [D#] nature as well.
[A] You know _

Yeah, great bazooka Jack spirit wonderful black worth talking to
If just to send him out get his opinions about the instrument making and as you can see he does a top job
This this beasts 11 years old.
I've had it for all that time [Dm] and since
[D] _ _ _
_ It's as great today as it was when I first got it if anything the
Spruce has just aged and mellowed a little bit more which is really nice.
It was quite quite a white spruce when I first got it but
It's even better today and
The instrument works.
It's a beauty and I think it's about time to hit jack up for another instrument actually
Okay, that's Matt signing off.
Catch you later
