Okay, here's a little tune sometimes called Vestapol [A] in Vestapol tuning.
It's an open D.
[D] D, drop D, [A] A, [D] D and my G has gone down to an F-sharp.
[A] B has [D] gone down to an A and top E is now a D.
So it's D, A, D,
[Gbm] F-sharp, A,
[D]
[N] A, A, A,
I'm going to keep [Eb] alternating the thumb between the [D] two D strings, the drop D, the open D.
And slide on the thinnest string, finger two, two, three, four.
[Abm] So it's slowed [A] down, I had finger [E] two, [A]
second to fourth fret, [D]
then [A] open first string, [D]
[E] [D]
[A] onto
the open second string, which is an A, [B]
to second fret [D] and back to open first.
[E] [D]
On the B, so it's a little bit tricky to get the B string, so when I play the second fret,
second string, I'm playing the D fourth string.
[A] Another option, hammer on finger two [D] and then
pull off.
I will do a [G] few fills.
I'm going to come down, looks like a minor pentatonic shape,
[D] [N] 12, 9, 12, 9.
I'm using fingers four, one, four, one, and three, [D] four, and.
Now that was seventh fret slide on the second string to nine, seventh fret first string,
[A] back [D] down to seven, down to the B string fifth fret.
[A] No, it was a B string second.
[D]
Real slow.
[A] [D]
[A] I put [N] an A in there, that would still work, but you can keep playing the Ds.
You could [Dbm] put a bend in here if you want, instead of a [A] slide.
[D]
[Bb] [B] Now the next bit looks like playing an E chord or an [A] E7, [Bb] [B]
and [Bm] I'm going to pedal between the
fifth and the fourth string, [A] [Bb] [Bm]
and just firing off fingers [Gm] in between the [B] bass notes.
[G] [Bm]
[B] Thumb,
[G] index, [Bm] middle, just jamming around with that shape.
[A] [Bb] [B] [Bm]
[D] Pull-offs on the second fret [Am] work on
both [A] strings.
[Abm] So here's [Em] my run down from the high [D] note,
[A] [Bb] [Bm] [D]
[Bm]
[D]
and that's just hammering [G] [D]
open strings
five, four, and three, putting on that E shape.
A couple of other things you might want to jam
around with, [Am] our fifth fret [G] bar.
[A] So,
[D] come back to open for the D, [G] if [Em] you were G, you can again put
your E [G] shape down if you're good at playing bar chord,
[A] [D] and put a few ideas together.
Nobody plays
this the same, so just do your
