[D]
This is gospel for the fallen ones locked away in permanent slumber.
We are on the set for This is Gospel.
My name is Daniel Claude Campos and I'm the director of the Panic!
at the Disco video.
The first video I saw of his was a video for Laura Welsh and it was actually his wife who is the dancer in the video.
It was phenomenal, I really liked that idea so we started to run with that and [G] he came up with this great concept for our video for This is Gospel.
Fire against the odds, but [D] they haven't seen the best of us [A] yet.
If you love me [Bm] let me die!
[E]
[Bm] My name is Tamara Lemington Campos and [D] I am the choreographer.
[Em] Essentially it's about [Bm] love and being taken away from it and not wanting to [G] die and fighting [D] for your love.
It's kind of [A] like an outer body experience [Bm] where he's
[Em] seeing [Dm] all the process [G] of him [D] heading to death.
His inner selfish soul is like a weight they're in all of.
A struggle trying to break [C] free in [D] a metaphorical sense that is what it is about.
Just trying to break free [Am] from the burdens that sit on [Bm] your shoulders that you feel may weigh you down [D] at times.
This is gospel for the vagabonds, ne'er-do-wells and self-loathing bastards.
Portions of this video are going to be choreography and we've done that before in a couple videos.
This is more just synchronized movement.
I wanted to do something where dancers are pretty much framing his body.
I have a fetish with dancing hands for some reason, I don't [Bm] know why.
And it's very exact.
And [D] so if just [G] one little thing is off then it kind of ruins the whole picture of it.
I'm driving myself crazy trying [F#m] to make sure that I remember everything.
But [D] it's not going to be easy.
[A] So, as you can see, we have a lot to do.
