Start Jamming...
Go back to those gold sounds and [B] keep this shitty amplifier [A] to yourself because nothing
that I don't like.
That a crisis or [D] a foreign [A] change when it's central, so central.
It's got a nice ring when you laugh at the low-life opinions.
And the [B]
[D] chorus, now [Gbm] keep my FM to [D]
myself.
[B] The secret, [D] the secret, regret, regret, regret.
Back, right [A] now.
Because [B] I never want to make you [A] feel so sure, never ignorant, so [B] believe in what you [D] want to do.
[A] Do you think that this may jump off when [B] their eyes are [D] made [A] and if you stand around,
your knuckles ground down.
[B] Trials over the [A] weapons down.
I [Gbm] keep my FM to [D] myself [B] because the secret, [D] the secret, [A] regret, regret, regret, regret,
regret, [D] regret, regret, regret, regret, regret, regret, regret, regret, regret, regret, regret,
[Db]
[N] Backstage at Reading [Db] with Pavement.
[Ab]
So what's been the highlight so far [Eb] at the Reading Festival for all of you?
For me, the [Gb] walk in between my hotel and the festival and [B] all the car boot sales that have been [Db] going on.
Been doing some shopping on the way [B] down.
Yeah, [A] I've got [Db] a lot of keychains and [B] love terabits.
And this was [A] great.
[B] Nice.
The highlight for me was Bjork's last night.
I'd never seen her perform before and I thought it was a really [Db] beautiful thing to watch.
A spectacle, [Ebm] theatrical thing.
Really [Db] nice.
There was a streaker, right, as well, wasn't there?
There was a streaker who immediately got handled and tossed [Ebm] away by [Db] three large men.
That was one of the lowlights of the show.
I didn't [Ebm] get to celebrate July 4th this year and there was an amazing fireworks display
and [Db] a giant [Dbm] Bjork postage stamp rose above the stage.
So [Eb] it was an amazing thing to watch.
Probably about 40 hours of socializing was my highlight.
I'm pretty into that.
You [Ebm] remember, right?
I do.
You were part of it, I think.
[Eb] Maybe about four hours of it.
Well, my highlight is celebrating our friend over here, Bob.
It's his birthday [Ab] today and we'd like to [Eb] wish him a happy birthday.
I celebrated my birthday three years ago when we played here, four years ago.
[Gb] So now we've both [Ab] had birthdays at Reading.
[Eb] [Db] We're going to see [Abm] you live in a second.
Any predictions of what [Eb] it's going to be like?
[Db] I [Ab]
think these two Virgos are [Ebm] going to crumble under the [Ab] strain.
[Bb] Super stud Scorpio over here, is that what you are?
Yeah, I'm supposed to have a good shape.
Evidently, [Eb] it's in the cards that Mark's going to shred, he's going to lay [Ebm] waste.
The low [Eb] end's going to be really fat and the high end's going to be really [Abm] thin.
That's [Eb] what we want.
Can we expect any nudity [Abm] in the show today?
[Ebm] Nudity?
[Ab]
We're hoping for it.
[Eb] Our ears have been [Abm] damaged over the past couple [B] of [Ab] months.
So we're [B] going to go for it, but it's going to involve [Ab] a lot of sign language.
[B] And body language, basically.
[B] And hopefully that will [Ab] infiltrate, execute rock.
[Bb] Yeah, that's been our motto too.
[G] Check that expiration date, Damon.
[D] It's later than you think.
You [A] can't enjoy yourself.
I can't enjoy [G] myself.
You can't enjoy yourself.
Why can't you enjoy yourself?
Move that swing.
Then [D] watch it break straight like an arm.
[Em] But I, [A] I won't be there [F] to [G] leave you.
I
[D] won't be there to leave you.
[G] Cause [E] I [A] don't have a [G] clue
[D] anymore.
Maybe we could dance.
Maybe we could dance.
[G] Maybe we could dance. [A] Together.
[G] Together.
[D] Together.
[Em] Together.
Together.
[D] [Bb] [N]
