it's an older one, but still a good one.
_ I was telling my friend what all we had on the new CD, _ and I named nine of them, but
I couldn't think of the other one.

_ _ And I thought about _ _ that, and I thought about the good grace of the Lord, and just finished
a book I shared with Brother Brian earlier tonight, _ read a book by an evangelist _ _ called
The Ministry of the Thorns. _
_ _ And he used the scripture where Paul _ had a thorn, and he had asked the Lord to remove
that thorn three times, _ and God spoke.
_ _ Sometimes He speaks through His Word. _ _
Sometimes He just nudges us by the Holy Spirit.
_ _ _ But He spoke through His Word. _ _ _
_ And the Holy Spirit told Paul, no, _ _ but my grace will be sufficient. _ _ _ _
And Paul was glad to suffer _ the ministry of thorns _ just to have the glory of God on him.

_ _ _ And in our ministry since 1980, _ there's been, _ _ [Bb] you know, there's been some valleys, and there's
been some mountaintops.
_ There's been some things we wish hadn't happened that way. _

trusting and leaning on the Lord has been a beautiful way, _ and I recommend [G] that way _
of trusting Him.

_ [Dm] Sometimes we try [C] to tell the Lord how to [F] handle a situation _

don't need my [Am] help.

_ I just cannot get over it, and I've been knowing the Lord for 58 years.
And just [Am] recently [E] studying about that grace, it [G]
overwhelms me.
It [Dm] [C] wows me.
It [Am] awes me.

than [Em] just something that I don't [Am] deserve.
[Gm] It's [C] beyond imagination.
_ You cannot [E] imagine grace.
You [F] ain't got a hold of it yet.
You'd act like me [E] if you had. _
