Start Jamming...
[N] [Gb] Hey everybody, [D] Mark Agnese here on the couch with the milk carton kids.
I got Kenneth Battengill and Joey Ryan.
What's [B] going on boys?
We [D] got some cool guitars.
This one looks familiar.
Yeah, well, I just bought it off you the other day
I the first [B] time we met I don't know if you remember was eight years ago
I brought in one of [Ab] my 015s to be appraised for insurance [Bb] purposes and you wrote down a
Like a incredibly high [Gb] number for which I was always grateful.
Yes.
What do [D] you have Joey?
This is a killer
This is my this is my [Bb] j45 that I've always had.
It's my only guitar.
We think [Bbm] that it's
[A] 1951 [Bb] but as I was telling you earlier the serial number has been
Yeah, they [C] go like they're just [Ab] a stamp and they fade over time
So apparently it's between 51 [Bb] and 54 not 54 would be the last year for the [B] small pickguard exactly
and also I [Bb] guess they added an extra fret [C] in 55 and then if it [Bb] were a
50 or earlier it would still [Gb] have the taper on the headstock.
So it's right in that ring.
Yeah, and it was probably a
[D] Stuttman who said [Bb] that he thinks it's on the earlier
[Gb] Rain earlier in the range, so I give myself credit for 1951.
There you go.
I'm asleep right now
What are [Db] you guys working on right now?
You guys mid album cycle right now, [E] right?
You guys yeah
[B] I'll mountain June at the end [Bb] of June
Called all the [Ab] things that I did and all the things that I didn't do a nice tomorrow.
Yeah
But yeah, we're right in the middle of that
We did a bunch of festivals during the summer and [G] we're about to do another
Big tour this fall kind of going everywhere you guys [D] in town on [C] that tour
The last [Bb] show of the tour is at the Ace [A] Theatre downtown on November [Gb] 6.
