Hi there, I'm Mal Pedoway and I'm just delighted to be back here at the Holmes Fun Studios
doing another instructional video.
In this tuning, most of the time on this guitar, but these middle three [G] strings don't change.
So what we're going to do is start on the low string, [D] D.
And what that is, is one whole
step down from your normal E string.
And you can get there by, if you don't have a tuner, you can match it to this string.
So you get that nice octave [A] there.
The next string is A, just like it would be normally.
Coming up from just straight [G] octaves, [Dm]
[Am] it's just pretty like that I think.
And then we resolve to an A [C] minor.
[A]
Those are both A minor.
This one is A minor with an E in the bass, A [C] minor seventh.
[Bb] And then [A] just octaves.
[F] Then we're hitting an F note with the melody.
[G]
Just playing the [F] melody over the bass.
[G] [Am]
[D] E minor again.
[G] [D]
[G] So here you go.
This is Craig E.
