that she had C _ G days to hours to live, and then I D couldn't _ hide anymore.

D So G the last time I C heard her voice, G we were on the phone and she C could G barely _ D.

G I told her that I loved her, and D _ G _ .
we said goodbye.
_ _ D _ G And then C a few days later, G I woke Em up in the middle of the G night and I just felt this overwhelming peace.
_ _ _ And it was D more G peace than I ever felt before.

_ _ What I learned from this is C that God was waiting for me.
I did feel that G peace.
I did C feel that relief.
And G that came when I finally surrendered to D God.
It became more G bearable and I had something to lean on.
I didn't D feel so alone in the whole C experience.
