I'm gonna do a video here of a pretty easy e blues progression that I found on YouTube and
Has a pretty cool lick in it and I want to thank
Everybody that has subscribed to me and have gotten anything from the lessons and and I want to thank everybody that has that have made
some donations to
To me for the efforts.
I really appreciate that
So here's the lick
[Em] [E]
[G] [E]
[G]
[A] [Am]
[Em] [A] [E]
[G] [B]
[A] [D]
[E] [C#m] [F#m]
[F#]
forever
so
Here's the lick I take my second finger on the third string second fret
Do a grace note.
It's on the second beat.
It's like one
[Bm]
I [C] slide it from the two to [F#m] the four
[D] Then I get the second string third fret
and [E] the first string [A] open
[E]
First string third fret I do a little [D#] push on that not really quite a bend [Am] a little bend Little [G] push
[F#m]
[G] [E] First string open [B] second string open
[N] Then I take my second finger and a third string third [G] fret [A] do another grace note
Will slide to the [Dm] second [A] fret and third string open [G]
and [B] [D] [E]
[Em] then I hit the [D] fourth string second [D] fret
[Em]
[Am] [E] [G] And I do [B] this little shuffle
Finger with little e shuffles
[Em] [B]
Then with my second finger I take the sixth string third fret do a [G] little bend
[D#] And then I hit the fourth string second [E] fret
[B] [F#]
Let me hit the low E do [F#m] the lick
[Em]
[F#] Do it [E] again
[G] Then
[F#m] [E]
[D#] I do it the same little shuffle [A] on an A
[B] but then I do a little
[E] second finger on the fifth [D] string third fret a hammer a
[C#] fourth fret [A]
and then I hit the third string second fret
[F#]
[Am] [C#] [F#]
I'm using a pick.
I just especially electric.
I [Am] just
swat it
[A] [N]
[B] [Bm]
so [B] we got the E
[E] [Bm]
[A]
[G] [Em]
Then [E]
[B] I do a B 7
B 7 sharp 9
[F#] That's like a just regular B 7 [B] chord
[C#] stuff or my pinkies getting
the second string [Bm] third fret so
[Em]
[B]
[A] [F#] [Am] Little thing that I [A] did on that A
[Am] So I just do that [B] part so it's E
7
[A] [F#]
[Am] [E] then the low E
first string open
[D] Then I hit the fifth string [E] fifth fret
[D]
first string
[C#m] fourth fret on the fifth
[C]
[B]
second [E] fret
[C#m] [C] [B]
[Em] [Am] [F#] [E]
[G] [Bm]
[Em] [B]
[G]
[Am] [A]
[Em] [B]
[G]
[Em] [B]
[A] [Em] [E]
[C#m] [B]
[Em] [E]
So it's pretty cool [G] I get tiresome hearing this
[E] [N] But I like it for a simple E blues progression and I [D]
might put the [G] annotation [A] tab up that might help a little bit
so
All right.
Thank you
