Welcome to the 27th guitar lesson from Kibirakalaaj
and I'm going to teach you
The 7 Asian Army by The White Stripes.
It's very easy and so is the solo.
So start off the main riff on the 5th string 7th fret twice.
_ _ [Db] Up to 10th fret.
[G] _ Back to [E] 7th.
[D] 5.
_ [C] 3. _ _
[B] _ _ _ _ So the main riff should sound [E]
like_
[Em] _ _ [C] _ _ [B] _ _ _
_ _ You play that 12 times at the beginning of the song
before moving [D] to the bridge,
which starts on the power chord on the 3rd and 5th fret
of the 5th and 6th strings 8 times. _ _ _ _
And then up to [A] the 5th and 7th 8 times. _ _ _ _
[D] So the bridge should sound like_
_ _ [A] _
_ _ _ [E] _ _ Then you go to a chorus,
which starts on the 7th and 9th fret of the 5th and 4th strings. _
_ _ _ Up to 10 and [G] 12.
[E] Back to 7 and 9.
[D] 5 and 7.
_ 3 and [C] 5.
[B] And then 2nd and 4th.
_ [Eb] That's the first half of the chorus.
The second half of the chorus is a variation of that.
Starts 7 and 9 [E] twice.
Up to 10 [G] and 12. _
[E] Back to 7 and 9.
_ 5 and [D] 7.
3 and [C] 5.
_ [D] 5 and 7.
[C] 3 and 5.
[B] 7 and 4.
_ [Bb] So the whole chorus should [E] sound like_
_ [D] _ _ [C] _ _ _
[B] _ _ [E] _ _ _ _ [D] _ _
[B] _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
[Ab] Then you [D] go back to the bridge. _ _ _ _
[A] _ _ _ _ _ [E] You do the bridge once and then the main riff.
_ _ _ _ [C] _ _
[B] _ 12 [D] times before moving back to the bridge again.
_ _ _ _ _ [Am] _ _ _
_ [Em] Then after you play the bridge,
[Eb] the first guitar [Gb] plays a solo
while the second guitar continues to play the chorus 4 times.
So the guitar solo starts on the 3rd string 9th fret [E] twice. _
_ [G] 11 bend.
_ [Eb] _ _ [Em] _
_ _ [Ab] _ _ _ [G] _ _ _
[C] Then [Em] 9 twice. _ _ _ _
[Cm] _ 12 [G] twice.
_ _ [Gbm] _
[Cm] 12 and [Bm] 11.
_ _ _ _ [E] That's the first line of the solo.
You play that twice before moving to the second [Eb] line
which starts on the 1st string [B] 12th fret twice.
_ 14 [D] bend.
_ _ [E] _ _ [G] 14 bend and release.
[Bm] _ _ _ And 12 [E] twice. _ _
15.
17.
_ 15 twice.
[Cm] _
17, [Gb] 18, 14. _ _ _
Then you play for the last line of the solo,
you play the 1st string 12th fret twice.
[B] _ _ 15 bend.
12 twice.
_ [Eb] 15 bend and release.
_ [G] _ _
_ [Db] 15. 12 twice.
_ _ [Cm] _
15.
[F] _ _ [G] _ Then on the 2nd string,
[Db] 14, 13, 12.
_ _ So the whole solo should sound like this.
[B] _ _ _ [G] _ _ _
[C] _ _ [Cm] _ _ _ _ _ [Eb] _
_ [Gb] _ _ _ _ _ [E] _ _
[C] _ _ _ _ _ _ [Db] _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
[Eb] _ _ [Db] _ _ _ _ _ _
_ [G] _ _ [C] _ _ _ [D] _ _
[Bm] _ _ _ _ _ Then after the solo,
you go to play the bridge one [D] more time. _ _ _ _
[A] _ _ _ _ _ Then back to [E] the main riff.
_ [D] _ _ _ [C] _ _ [B] _ _
[D] After you play that 12 times,
you go to the bridge again. _
_ _ [Am] _ _ _ _ _ _
[E] Then to end the song,
you play the chorus twice. _
_ _ _ _ [C] _ _ [B] _ _
[E] _ _ [D] _ _ _ _ _ [B] _
_ _ Play that twice, and it just ends.
