Welcome to Tuesday on the Power 30 and today's [E] show we've got the new Warbit Angel video.
Also a special request for [C] Queen's right and starting off [F] with Korn.
They're a band out of the LA area but before [N] we see their video Blind we have an interview with the guys.
Bear in mind this was done on one of the hottest days of the year.
That's why they're acting kind of weird.
Here's Korn for you on the Power 30.
[G#]
[D#m] [C#] [G]
[B] [G#] [B] It seems pretty angry don't you think the album?
It's angry, sad, it's just emotion.
It's a release.
I'm doing [C] a particular key to this new show.
[B] There's a bunch of guys that have been trying to explain the release going, you know, got it off the press.
So I mean, of course, I feel a lot of appreciation for the fact that I'm having [C] fun.
[C#]
[C] [F] [C]
[D] [C#] [C] [C#]
[C] [C#] [D#]
[F] [B] Okay, you didn't put the lyrics in.
How come?
[Bm] I wanted people to really listen to the [B] music and figure out what I'm saying.
Because when you put lyrics in there, people sit down and go, they didn't really listen to the music.
[Bm]
Yeah, that's good.
When you get the album, you find new stuff in it.
It's always nice when anyone doesn't understand what I'm saying, I'm probably not saying nothing at all.
[E]
[D#] [E] [B]
[E]
[F#] We're not out to prove no point.
We're not out to change [Bm] nobody.
We're just out to throw across a good vibe and let people have a release in this place.
And hopefully join in on all of that.
Are you like this now?
[B] We're already here.
We don't sit out to try and do it.
[Bm] We just go out and try to do [B] something.
That's what we do.
Look at him.
He's walking on stage and he's just waving it off.
[E] [G] [A]
[A]
It's fun sometimes.
[B] It's fun for you guys?
It's fun [Bm] for you.
It's fun for me.
[B] Isn't it good sometimes, like here at home?
Comforting?
Yeah, it's like a comfort zone.
That's the best thing about it.
We're just weird and we like to be there.
[F#]
[B] You also play bagpipes, right?
[E]
I came out, [D] I went, I [B] mean, I'm from Scotch, I always wanted to play the bagpipes.
I went to high school and they had a pipe band.
I learned to play them there and then I took private lessons.
I used to play them in the band and it was a hobby.
It's an unusual instrument for a young fellow to play.
I know, you guys are better, but kids [D] enjoy it a lot.
[Dm]
[D] [G#]
[Dm] [B] So we have a video for Blind.
Can you tell me about that song?
It's a song?
We wrote it.
Blind's about, I don't know, it's about being blind to your own body.
Telling you things you don't want to listen.
[F#] So it's like a little trick.
Let me talk about something my coach has taught me badly.
