[C] In 1990, Doug Salk formed the Texas Tornadoes, a supergroup with of course Augie Myers, as
well as longtime pals [G] Flaco Jimenez and Freddy Fender.
The [C] Tornadoes went on to record four albums, win a Grammy, and spread Doug's brand of Tejano
music to a whole new generation of fans with their Tex-Mex sound and their Spanglish-covered [G] lyrics.
Thankfully, it continues on.
This [C] year, Augie Meyer and Flaco Jimenez reunited with Doug's son, [Bm] Sean, on a new [A] album called Está [E] Bueno.
Now, what happened [B] was, [A] back before [E] Freddy passed away, we were getting together to do
a tribute in honor [A] of my father.
We'd all missed my dad, it was no secret.
We missed my dad, we missed playing the music, we missed being together.
Long story short, man, we're doing something that a lot of [Ebm] people never thought would ever happen [G] again.
So the fact that we got a great new record out, that we're out doing shows, I couldn't
ask for more.
I mean, we're really lucky.
[D] But the bottom line is, the guys, they all stepped up to the plate, Augie [Dm] and Flaco especially.
[G] Once Freddy passed away, we had talked and said, hey, let's [C] do this, let's do it in honor
of Doug and Freddy.
And that [G] makes me feel really good.
And [D] hopefully dad's up there saying, [G] all right, man, that's what it's all about, [D] keeping it alive.
Who's to [G] blame?
Senorita, who's to blame?
Well, I wrote that song, and I was going with this girl at the [Em] time.
And she said, why [E] do you play that mess with me?
I said, I like it.
I was writing it.
And she said, why do you play that mess with me?
I said, because I like it.
She said, I don't like it.
I said, [A] sweetheart, there's the door.
So she left, and I didn't hear from her.
So I wrote, Hey Baby, [E] Que Paso?
I thought it was your only vato.
Anyway, I wrote it, and it became a hit.
And then she called me about six months later.
She said, all my friends are [Am] singing that song.
She said, I'd sure like to get a copy.
I said, you can [B] go over by the [F] Walmart.
[E] She hung up on me, so I haven't seen her [A] since.
[C]
[A] Hey, baby, [G] que paso?

I said, I don't like it.
I said, I don't like it.
