Really beautiful slide solo from George Harrison.
He's got a lot of slide solos that I love
His playing is just incredible a very unique voice on slide
and this is the slide solo that he played on Alvin Lee's the bluest blues, which is a really cool song and
This is one of my favorite solos from George.
Of course.
I have quite a few
His phrasing is incredible.
Just really really tasty
I might follow it up with a lesson on the actual song showing you the chords and so forth and so on
Basically in a nutshell and I'll talk about the chords
Like I say possibly in another lesson, but George plays his solo over a simple chord progression of basically a minor
G-major and F major although the chords get colored up a little bit underneath in the mix, but that's for another lesson
So the best thing to do here is just play the solo
It's pretty chill and put the tab up on the screen as as I go through it.
