Towards the end of this month [A] long recording, I'm fried so I'm not even wanting to be in.
the studio and they're like, just go away and just try to write [D] something.
And I'm like, [A] I've written a whole friggin record I can't write anymore.
My buddy Ward Davis came out, grabbed the guitars, go over to the porch of the [D] house.
that we were staying in and we had [A] it written in probably 30 minutes, all but probably the.
last two lines.
Like we [E] were sitting there talking about how good the song was, we were just written like holy crap.
So [A] we walked back to the studio from the house after 30 minutes and everybody's looking at.
[D] us like what the hell are you guys doing?.
You know, you're supposed to be working?.
And I was telling [A] Ward, because we knew we had a monster song, [E] and I was like, don't.
say anything dude, [A] I was like, be coy.
And they were looking at us like, man, these guys just can't [D] do it.

And we were like, _ we just wrote a [A] hit.

We played it, everybody's sitting [E] there and it's like, _ let's go record that right now.
And [A] we've never done that before.
We stopped what we were doing and went in and threw it down, man.
