[Abm] Hi, this is TJ with Piano Clubhouse and today I'm going to show you
Good and bad by J Moss.
It's in the key of a flat
If I has four flats [Ebm] a flat [Ab] B flat
[Eb] B [Abm] flat and E flat
[Ab] Okay
[Bb]
Songs actually starts out with the vocalist.
So there's no piano introduction or anything.
It just starts [Gm] out [Eb] with singing
[Fm] [Db] [Ab]
[Eb] All [Fm]
[F] [Bbm]
[Eb] [Gb]
[Fm] [Ab]
[Db]
[Cm] [C] [Fm]
[F] [Gb] [Db] [Ebm]
[Db] right, so pretty simple the left hand [Bm] is gonna
[Ab] [Bb]
[Db] Flat that's the four now we're going to the six which [F] is F
Then [G] we're going to the two would be flat
[Bb] E [Eb] flat this is two five one progression [Ab] a flat.
Okay, let's just [N] let's just do that up to that point so far
[Db] Over the D [Ab] flat we're just gonna do a flat major chord a flat C E flat and [Db] the B flat
You [Ab] kind of play with the octave to kind of build in a [Db] little bit
You go to the F to drop this a flat [Ab] down to [Bb] G
[Cm] [Fm]
[Bbm] You go to B flat [Em] we're gonna go to this D flat major 7 your four [Ab] chord a [Db] flat C D flat F
[Bbm] [Db] You got E flat we're gonna go to the suspended chord a flat D flat E flat
You can even hit that B flat if you can read it, okay?
Then we go to a flat [Gb]
we're gonna go to this
G flat and B flat
D flat and E flat this is a flat minor 7th
Okay, and then you can resolve this to let's [Ab] see
[Gb] [Ab] You're gonna bring this B flat down to a flat C and E.
Okay, let's do those from the beginning up here
[Bb] [C] [Db]
All [Cm]
[F]
[Bbm] [Db]
[Gb] [Ab]
right, that's where we're at right now a couple things I just did
[Db] [Fm] [Bbm]
Okay, so we went [Db] to the out of the first [Cm] chord
Everyone to this death and that I [F] played a [Bb] I dropped that B [Dm] flat down to a
As kind of a pickup note to [Bbm] that next chord
It's a real pretty note to kind of help fill in fill in the gap there kind of help lead the listener into what you're doing next
[Db]
[Bb] Here it comes
[Cm] [F]
[Bbm] Okay, it's real subtle note
[Eb]
[Ebm] There's another one.
[Db] I did [Eb] I [Db] pull that a flat [Eb] down to G.
Just to kind of set up the next chord
[Gb] [Fm]
[Ab] Starts over
[Db] That's a little different here
Before we [Cm] went to the [Bb] six the [Db] second time through
we go to the C the three [Cm] and
left hand just drops down to G and B flat and then
[Fm] [Bb] Left hand goes to F right hand
[Fm] You can just go back to this a flat major one, and then we're [Gb] just gonna go
[Db] [Bbm]
Sorry [Gb] left hand is G flat [F] F [Eb]
E flat right [Gb] hand is
G flat major chord G flat B flat D flat
[Db] D flat major F a flat E flat
And then
Right [Bbm]
here F G flat B flat and D flat those [Gb] three
[Db] [Gb]
More time with a flat you can add that a flat with this G flat chord excuse me you can add that a flat to
[Db] [Gb] And then it goes back to the [Eb] beginning
[Db]
[Fm]
[F] [Bb] [Bbm]
[Db] [Gb]
[Ab] [Db]
[Fm]
[Eb] [Bb] Sorry, I think I did something [Gb] wrong there.
Hold on [Db] I'll fix it
[Ebm] Back to the beginning
[Db] [Gb]
[G] Fill that A in [F] there
[Bbm] [Eb] The chord pull down to G
[Gb] The [Ab]
[D] [Db]
second time we go to the C
[Cm] over E flat over C
[F] [Gb] [Db]
