Hey, what's up?
Marty Schwartz here with Guitarjams.com
It's a website that has a ton of great premium guitar lessons that are not on YouTube
What I want to let you know is I have I bundled all of my easy beginner
Guitar lesson DVDs.
It's a ton of them.
In fact, you can click the link to see everything in that package
What I'm going to do right now is I'm going to teach you a super super super beginner little thing to try on guitar
But I want to let you know I'm going to give five of those away
Like I said, you can check the link see what's in there
I'm going to give five of those away to people that leave a comment down below
Very simple just leave a comment
I'm going to pick five people to win that package and then not only that I'm going to actually give you a nice easy free
Guitar lesson right now.
Now this is designed for someone that's barely playing
So if you if you're already playing, you know some chords and stuff
this is gonna seem really elementary, but there's people out there that are trying to learn for the first time and
I'm just gonna give you a little riff to just kind of get you going.
Alright, we're holding a pick
You know and then we've got one string here.
It's called the E string
The next string down is called the A [A] string.
That's the only string we're gonna use is this A string right now
[N] So now check this out
We are going to take our index finger and
We're gonna put it on
The fifth fret these are frets right here
So we go one two, three, four five the fifth fret on the A string
we use the very tip of my finger with a little bit of arch to it a little bit of red rum going and
the very tip of the finger down on
The fret now the idea is if I said the fifth fret you don't want to be scooted back almost touching the fourth fret
It's gonna be a lot more proficient to be a little bit closer
To the next fret up not right on the metal but just kind of like right behind it and you'll get the cleanest tone
Possible without having to press as hard.
So we're gonna put our index finger on the fifth fret right there and with our pick
[D] We're gonna go
Da-da [E]-da-da-da
Listen to it [D] again
[E] Just like that.
Ba-ba-ba-ba-ba and you know pay attention to try to be accurate
Just by picking that one string.
It'll be good to get that going for [B] you if you've never played guitar [C] before
Okay, so then we're gonna go [D] like this
[N] And we're gonna take our index finger off and play that [A] string open
That is the whole riff check it [D] out [D]
[A] [N] just like that
If you get that pretty good, then what I would recommend is after you hit that open a string
You can see my right hand.
I stopped that open a string from ringing [D] out watch
[B] Slightly touching [D] the string there
[A]
[D] [N]
That's later so that's it a nice little easy thing just to try out and like I said
All you got to do is leave a comment down below and you will
Have the chance of winning one of those packages right there
Which is going to be a great value and that'll be a sale.
I will be having soon
That only my people on my friend list will know about but but anyway appreciate the support
Just be patient in the beginning and and you'll get it.
All right.
Take care
