Now before I start, there's a fantastic
piano player, pianist in France by the name of Ben Turi.

And I promised him that I was going to do some Professor Longhair tutorials.

and he's kind of a boogie woogie _ rock and roll French pianist.

And I told Ben that I would do
a Professor Longhair tutorial and I'm going to teach you today to play Big Chief.
And
I'll play a little bit [Gm] of it first, okay.

I mean I could break
that video up into ten [G] separate videos and we could really break [F] it down and slow down
but you know we'd be here all year.
I don't want to do ten videos on Professor Longhair's
Big Chief.
So what I would like you to do is, you know I know that probably in parts
was too fast for [G] you but play back [N] this tutorial several times.
Pick out as much as you can.
You can probably get the sheet music, I think there's sheet music to Big Chief out there.
And between my version and the sheet music version and playing this again and again you'll
work out your own kind of version.
Remember this is only a guide really.
I can't break
it down completely because as I said we'll be here all year.
